Manifesting by default

So many of us wish for change, for example change in financial situations, change in relationships, change in health and yet we continually recreate the very same experiences over and over again. Our persistent focus on the events and circumstances that are in front of us recreate the very same experience over and over again. The set up might appear different, another year has passed, the people might be different but overall, not much changes.

We are all vibrational beings. Our reality is made up of all sorts of vibrations. Everything is made up of energy, and everything is vibrating at a particular rate or frequency. The Universe does not respond to our wishes, hopes or expectations. The Universe always responds to vibration. When anything manifests into our reality it is because we have simply matched the speed of vibration of that particular experience. What prevents then some things from manifesting? Our focus, our expectation, our emotions are the catalyst for the manifested version of anything that we desire.

If we are allowing the circumstances, and conditions of our life dictate how we feel, will only bring more of what has already manifested. It is why so many have very little change in their life. It’s a different day, with a different set up and different location but all in all much remains the same.

If we want change, then we must be willing to change our habitual thoughts. In order to manifest different experiences into our reality, we must change our rate of vibration. By shifting our focus away from the areas that are not working in our life and into the things that are, we essentially change the vibration. When we feel the emotions of love, appreciation, ease, joy and bliss, we are vibrating quickly. When we feel fear, anger, anxiety and despair, we are vibrating slowly.

All manifestations are created exactly the same way. Every single dream and desire that we have, has the full potential of manifesting in the physical reality. So how do we manifest more of what we want and less of what we don’t want? In order to create experiences in our life, we must become deliberate enough in our thoughts and focus to find thoughts and feelings that bring us into a state of alignment. The key to manifesting more of what we want is to release the focus upon things that are not working and focus upon all the things that are working well, for example all things that bring us satisfaction, a sense of peace, joy, love or happiness, things that we are appreciative of, things we enjoy thinking about.

Everything in our reality is a result of the thoughts we have held, but they do not determine what we will create in the future. They only represent what we have thought up until this point. We must hold our focus and attention on the vision of our dreams more often than what is already in front of us. Whatever we give the majority of our focus will become our physical reality. Focus your thoughts on what feels good more often and the universe will find ways to bring you what you seek. Magnify the good in your life and more good things and experiences will come.
