Manifest your desires

Do positive affirmations work? Do they bring us what we desire? It depends. If we are simply reciting the words while we are feeling desperate, fearful, worried, concerned or even frustrated, then the answer is no. The universe doesn’t respond to our words. It only responds to our emotions and therefore to the vibration we are emitting at any time.

Many of us are familiar with The Law of Attraction. It means that what we put out is what we get back. In other words, like attracts like. The Universe is simply a mirror and is neutral, it doesn’t have a filter. It does not give good things to good people and bad things to bad people.

Many people become confused when they learn that what they are projecting in every moment, comes back to them. It is important to know that the Universe never responds to our thoughts. The Universe only responds to the vibration that we are emitting. It responds to our emotions and feelings. How we feel is a direct indication of what we are pulsing out at any given moment. When we feel good, happy, excited, optimistic, inspired, we are emitting positive vibrations. When we feel fearful, worried and anxious, we are emitting a negative vibration.

Many of us yearn for change, yearn for our dreams and desires to come true while we completely stayed focused upon what we have in front of us, what we do not like. Affirmations work when we affirm what we desire and believe it is true, feeling the abundance that we are proclaiming. But we must feel what it feels like to have what we want. And that is not an easy thing to do when we don’t have it yet, when we only experience lack.

The easiest way to manifest our desires it to use our feelings and steer them more towards what we desire and away from what we do not want. We have to deliberately focus our attention upon things that are enjoyable and pleasurable. In that way we change the rate in which we are vibrating.
